Therapy Sessions
Each booked session will be effective for 45 minutes between the client and the therapist.The clients would have access to their reports and homework after 24-hours of their attended session if need be.Two Hours before the session client will be intimated by the portal of the same in the nature of a reminder. Appointment confirmation shall be sent to clients via email and SMS on the registered mobile number and email id only. The portal shall not be sending any intimation via telephonic calls.
Payment Policy
All applicable payments should be made prior to availing the ‘Your Ananda’ services.The user’s session booking(s) will not be confirmed until the payment is received by ‘Your Ananda’.If you access our services through a third-party or your organisation, beyond sessions that might be offered to you as part of a package deal with your organisation/third party, ‘Your Ananda’ will charge for those services.All subscription to appointments expires one year from the date of purchase of those subscriptions.
Fee Information
For individual users, the fee per session is dependent on the selected therapist and their mutual agreement with Your Ananda.
For users who are accessing sessions through their organisation, beyond their included sessions, the fee per session is dependent on the selected therapist.
Ratings for Therapist
The portal has feature for Rating therapists which can be done only by clients who have taken online treatment by the said therapists. The ratings are to ensure a good level of service being provided by the therapists and a mechanism to gauge client satisfaction.
Cancellation, Refund, Rescheduling, and No show
Reschedule by The User
‘Your Ananda’ provides the user with the flexibility to reschedule their sessions to a later time as per below timelines:

Cancellation By The User
The user will be allowed to cancel the session and claim a cash refund (in case the user has made a payment for the session) as per the table below:

For sessions canceled at least 24 hours in advance, at the time of cancellation, the user has two options:
a. Book a new session at the time of the cancellation with the same therapist or another one.
b. Take a refund back to the user’s original method of payment, in cases where the user has made a payment for the session
All cash refunds will be processed within two days. Please note that, depending on the bank, it might take longer for the amount to get credited to your account.
Booking can be altered/rescheduled by a client by a written intimation via email to hello@yourananda.com. The rescheduling is free of cost for the clients. Your Ananda staff will do an offline booking as per the client chosen date and time which will be intimated to Client in writing via email.
No reschedule requests in case of bookings shall be entertained 4 hours before the booked appointment.
‘No show’ Issues
In the event of a client not being present for a booked appointment, till 15 minutes after the scheduled session has started then it will be treated as a no-show and the entire payment made by the client shall be forfeited without any refund. No-show will trigger if 15 minutes have passed before a client has clicked on the START button for video session.
In the case of such No-show, the counselor will be paid full payment of their fee for his/her appointment.
In the event of a counselor not being present for a booked appointment, till 15 minutes after the scheduled session has started then it will be treated as a no-show at the counselor’s end. In such a case:
1. The client will be able to reschedule the appointment for the entire payment and it can be used with the same therapist or different one for a later session (‘reschedule’). The new session booking will be done by Your Ananda team offline via email. No-show will trigger if 15 minutes have passed before a counselor has clicked on the START button for the session.
2. If both Client and therapist are not present for the session, then the client would get no refund and a penalty as stated above would be levied on the Counselor.

If due to an unforeseeable reason from Your Ananda’s end, a booked session is not completed in its entirety by the therapist, the user will be given a reschedule to compensate for the lost session time. The compensation will be decided on how much session time is lost and is outlined in the table below.
